Tributes have been paid to a medical caretaker who enlivened a hit melody by Britpop band Mash after she passed on after a fight with growth.
Deborah Bone, who was a youth companion of lead artist Jarvis Cocker, had quite recently been granted a MBE and was depicted as living up to expectations "eagerly" to help other people.
