Tributes have been paid to a medical caretaker who enlivened a hit melody by Britpop band Mash after she passed on after a fight with growth.
Deborah Bone, who was a youth companion of lead artist Jarvis Cocker, had quite recently been granted a MBE and was depicted as living up to expectations "eagerly" to help other people.
Mrs Bone, who was perceived in the New Year Respects list for administrations to youngsters' mental wellbeing, was alluded to by name in the verses of Disco 2000.
Cocker is accounted for to have sung the 1995 track at her 50th birthday party.
